Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship with USPS First Class is the service we use for your orders that qualify for free shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for shipping service other than USPS First Class for Free Shipping, And in the selected shipping method you choose for your paid shipping.
Our US Domestic shipping charges are FREE for all orders $100 and up, you don't have to worry about it. If your order is less than $100, we charge the USPS First Class rate with a 5 -7 day transit time. (unless you select Priority)
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship with USPS, and shipping costs are calculated upon check out
Please note that your shipment will likely arrive in your International country in 8 to 20 days from the day your order is fulfilled.

Deliveries are made from 10 am to 4 pm on M-F. We will contact you via an email message with the email you provided at checkout to arrange the schedule for meet up in Hallandale Florida
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

At this time, we do not ship worldwide. If your country is not listed and you really want to place your order and have us ship to you, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ESPRIT GUAM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
